That's a good question, and the 500 lb weight capacity of the 24" x 40" etrailer Cargo Carrier for RV Bumper # e99050 will not be reduced if you add one or even two of the 24" Extension for etrailer Bumper Mounted RV Cargo Carrier # e99052.
The cargo carrier will still have its 500 lb capacity even with the extension (or extensions), though keep in mind you will want to verify the weight capacity of your RV's bumper to ensure you don't overload it.

Although a bike rack must be rated for use on the back of an RV, a cargo carrier does not. The 24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier part # C18152 will work for you. This carrier has less moving parts than folding versions which is ideal for use on the back of an RV because bike racks and cargo carriers mounted on the back of an RV have much more movement and stress in comparison to bike racks and cargo carries attached to the rear of a passenger vehicle due to the distance from the carrier to the axle.

Using the Malone Dual Hitch Receiver # MPG544 will be difficult with a bike rack and cargo carrier. The bike rack will not give you much room for cargo on the carrier. Even if the bike rack's shank has a rise it'll only be 3 or 4 inches.
You may be able to add a front mount hitch on your RV and then carry either the cargo carrier or bike rack on the front.

This has an offset to raise the spare tire up and reduce the chances of it dragging on the ground on steep driveways. I am sorry but we do not offer a RV bike rack/cargo carrier combination. Hollywood rack used to make such a carrier, but it was not rated for RV use, and it has been discontinued for about a year now. We do offer RV rated bike racks like the Hollywood rack Rv Rider # HLY64FR. This is made with RV use in mind, and can carry two bikes weighing up to 80 lbs apiece.

For your 2021 Forest River 2883WS I would recommend a hitch mounted cargo carrier over a bumper cargo carrier, as Forrest River does not recommend mounting anything the the bumper although people have done it in the past with no issues.

There is a cargo carrier you can use on an RV but it is recommended it be one with a completely solid shank as opposed to one which folds and tilts; the reason for that is the amount of movement at the rear of an RV will be much greater than the back of a passenger vehicle and a solid shank will give your carrier the added stability to handle that much movement.
